There is always something exciting happening at Pine Ridge! The residents of Pine
Ridge have many opportunities to meet and become friends. We have monthly Condominium
Association meetings and we have also had several community feasts! Pine Ridge has a social
committee who is always thinking of new and exciting activities and gatherings. Check out the Events Calendar for
details!
In addition, there are many sights and attractions for you in the surrounding Tuscarawas
County! Atwood and Tappan Lakes are just 30 minutes away, providing swimming, fishing,
sailing, and many other activities. Tuscora Park in New Philadelphia offers many free concerts,
rides for children, picnic areas and swimming! There are also many historical sites in the area
including, Schoenbrunn Indian Village, Zoar Village State Memorial, J.E. Reeves Home, and
many more! You can usually find a festival to attend in Tuscarawas County. The County Fair,
Swiss Festival, Harvest Festival, Italian Festival, Canal Days, First Town Days, and Strasburg's
own Corn Fest and Ox Roast!
If you are interested in theater, you will enjoy a local production at the Little Theatre in New
Philadelphia, or see the outdoor drama at Trumpet in the Land. The Tuscarawas campus of
Kent State University holds many artist productions as well as interesting guest speakers, or you
could attend a Tuscarawas Philharmonic concert.
You will soon discover that a drive through the gorgeous
countryside filled with rolling hills, farms and streams, Amish buggies, specialty shops and
many fine restaurants, may be the biggest attraction of all!

Many of Ohio's major highways, I-77, St. Rt. 250 and 21, are located in Strasburg,
allowing for quick access to events and sights throughout our area. For example, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is Just 20 minutes North on I-77.
