Our grand opening was held October of 2001. During our first year, we
completely sold out our first phase! We are well under way with our 6th phase!
The plat below illustrates our generous sized home-sites. The narrow weaving path is
the walking path, which will connect with the private streets throughout our 53 acre
development. These paths and roads lead to all homes and gathering places, and you may find it
relaxing and convenient to travel by golf cart or wheelchair.

The Pine Ridge Recreation Center is conveniently located near the entrance to Pine Ridge.
Our neighbors enjoy this facility and spend time here playing basketball, exercising and
attending social events. Our social committee is constantly coming up with great ideas to keep everyone involved.
The recreation center is also available for Pine Ridge home owners to reserve for showers, reunions, or holiday gatherings.
The quiet and peaceful setting of this facility makes it a choice spot to relax and enjoy friends and family. |
